Ka-Embodiment Session
A 90-minute private experience combining Ka-Activated Breathwork™, intuitive coaching, embodiment, and integration.
What is KA-Activated Breathwork™?
KA-Activated Breathwork™ is a guided somatic and energetic experience that weaves together conscious breathwork, Ka energy activation, sound, movement, and visualization to support deeper embodiment, inner awareness, and spiritual connection.
Rooted in the ancient Egyptian concept of Ka, which represents our vital life force or energetic essence, this modality integrates two complementary elements:
The Ka Spiral Breath — A conscious breathing pattern designed to awaken and activate the energetic body, encourage the movement of life force energy, and deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Ka Energetic Activation — An energy-based practice that incorporates activation focused on the pineal gland, also associated with the third-eye center in spiritual traditions. It intends to support expanded awareness, intuition, and a deeper connection with your higher consciousness.
Together, these practices create an experience that goes beyond traditional breathwork, inviting you to explore both your physical and energetic nature.
This is not about forcing emotional release or chasing a particular outcome. It is about creating space for your body to respond naturally, allowing whatever arises to be experienced with awareness and compassion.
At its essence, KA-Activated Breathwork™ is a journey of activation, embodiment, and remembrance — reconnecting you with the wisdom, life force, and divinity already within.
Session may include sound healing, voice, vibration, or instruments as part of the integration and embodied experience.
Sessions are offered through three pathways:
Inner Child Connection
Womb Connection
Feminine Embodiment & Reclamation
Energy exchange: $166 - 90 minutes. Available in-person at Kindred Healing Space in Everett.
Dreamspell Galactic Signature Readings
A language for remembering your rhythm.
Within the Dreamspell system developed by José Argüelles, a Galactic Signature is formed through the relationship between a Solar Seal and a Galactic Tone.
Together, they create an archetypal pattern that can be explored as a language of rhythm, expression, movement, relationship, and timing.
I do not use your Galactic Signature to define you or tell you who you are meant to become.
I work with it as a reflective framework—a way of noticing patterns, qualities, relationships, and rhythms that may already be moving through your life, your creative work, or your business.
Your signature is not a box. It is another way of seeing what may already be present.
Your Galactic Signature is not here to place another identity on top of you. It can become a language through which you notice yourself differently.
A rhythm.
A relationship.
A pattern.
A way of recognizing something you may have felt long before you had words for it.
The same can be true of the work you bring into the world.
Sometimes a business begins as an idea, as a calling, or develops a rhythm and identity of its own.
Galactic Signature offers another way of listening.
Not for an answer about what you should become.
Your Signature Is More Than Two Symbols
Your Solar Seal and Galactic Tone form the foundation of your Galactic Signature, but they are only the beginning.
We explore relationships within your Galactic Cross and broader Dreamspell profile, including:
Guide · Destiny · Analog · Occult · Antipode · Wavespell
These relationships offer another layer through which patterns can be explored.
Some may feel supportive.
Some may create contrast.
Some may reveal themes you have been living long before you had language for them.
The intention is not to memorize a system.
It is to notice what resonates, what challenges you, and what becomes visible when these archetypal relationships are placed beside your lived experience.
But for a deeper relationship with what is already here. Readings are available through three pathways: Personal, Business, and Personal + Business
Personal Dreamspell Galactic Signature Reading
A Personal Galactic Signature Reading is a personalized exploration of your energetic blueprint through the Dreamspell system.
Together, we begin with your Solar Seal and Galactic Tone, then explore the broader relationships and patterns that form your signature.
Rather than treating your Galactic Signature as a fixed personality type, we use it as a reflective language.
A way of noticing the qualities, tensions, rhythms, and relationships that may already be present in your lived experience.
Your reading may illuminate themes connected to:
how you naturally express yourself
your creative energy and way of moving through the world
recurring patterns and relationships
your relationship with timing and rhythm
seasons of transition or change
qualities you may already recognize within yourself
areas asking for deeper awareness or integration
The intention is not to tell you who you are.
It is to create space for recognition.
Energy exchange: $133 - 60 minutes.
Available virtually or in-person at Kindred Healing Space in Everett.
Business Dreamspell Galactic Signature Reading
For businesses, brands, creative projects, practices, and purpose-led work. Your business carries a story of its own.
A Business Galactic Signature Reading explores the Galactic Signature associated with a meaningful beginning point for your business, brand, creative project, or body of work.
This might be the date your business officially formed, launched, opened, made its first sale, or another date that represents the moment the work truly came into being.
Together, we explore the energetic pattern connected with that moment.
This is not about predicting a business's success or telling you what your brand must become.
It is a way of looking at the energetic character, rhythm, expression, and relationships surrounding the work you have brought into the world.
A Business Galactic Signature Reading may explore:
the Solar Seal and Galactic Tone connected with your business
the archetypal qualities surrounding its beginning
natural themes within the brand or body of work
communication and creative expression
relationship with community and the people you serve
themes around growth, movement, collaboration, and change
patterns that may already be visible in the way the business operates
how the business naturally wants to move, express, or evolve
Choosing Your Business Date
There is not always one obvious “birthday” for a business.
Depending on your story, we may use:
the date the business was legally formed
the date you publicly launched
the date of your first sale or client
the date your website or offering became public
the beginning date of a creative project
another meaningful moment you recognize as the true beginning
If more than one date feels significant, we can explore that together before your reading.
Energy exchange: $133 - 60 minutes Available virtually or in-person at Kindred Healing Space in Everett.
Personal + Business Galactic Signature Reading
A deeper exploration of you and what you are creating.
This extended session brings your Personal Galactic Signature and Business Galactic Signature together so we can explore each energetic blueprint individually and then look at the relationship between them.
We may explore:
where your signatures naturally support one another
where their rhythms or expressions differ
patterns within each Galactic Cross
how your personal energy interacts with the energy of your business
themes around creativity, leadership, communication, community, and growth
what becomes visible when your business is allowed to have a rhythm of its own
This experience is especially suited for founders, practitioners, creatives, and people building something deeply connected to who they are.
Energy exchange: $222 - 90 minutes
Available virtually or in-person at Kindred Healing Space in Everett.
